For the past 40 years, ADH has been at the forefront of press brake manufacturing in China.

Our founder, Sun Mianyu, serves as the head of machine tool sales at Fujian Donghai Machine Tool Supply and Marketing Cooperative.

COMPANY ESTABLISHED

2001
ADH (later rebranded as Donghai Machine Tool Factory #1) was founded with a 3 million yuan investment and generated over 5 million US dollars in revenue in its first year of operation.

#2 FACTORY ESTABLISHED

2008
Our company underwent a transformation and brought in German engineers, which elevated our product offerings from low-end to high-end. The establishment of a second production base and the upgrading of our product line have been met with market recognition.

A pivotal year of transformation saw the introduction of Beijing Phoenix City Group as a third-party investor, alongside key technical personnel. This strategic shift facilitated the company's evolution from a family-owned enterprise to a dynamic joint-stock company.

#3 FACTORY COMPLETED

Completion and Operation of Phase I Project
We have invested in the creation of our third production facility, the "High-End Intelligent Machine Tool Manufacturing Base." Additionally, we established Donghai Yuxiang Company and invested 65 million US dollars in state-of-the-art precision processing equipment to enhance the core capabilities of our product research and development, and manufacturing.

The completion and operation of the Donghai Yuxiang Phase I project at Ma'anshan Yuxiang Intelligent Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. marked a quantum leap in technological prowess. This milestone ushered the company into an advanced stage of high-end CNC machine tool manufacturing, bolstering its international competitiveness.

Our company, Beijing Zhongguancun Bolton Research Institute, has received approval and achieved numerous national accolades. We have also established numerous technical research centers. In the future, our core precision processing equipment will undergo further upgrades, positioning us as a publicly traded company and a world-renowned provider of comprehensive sheet metal intelligent equipment solutions.

The creation of Donghai Yuxiang Import and Export Trading Co., Ltd. as a wholly-owned subsidiary aimed to propel the ADH brand onto the world stage. With annual sales surpassing 550 million yuan and tax contributions of 30 million yuan, the group positioned itself as a flagship enterprise for Chinese mechanical products.
