Our DA-66S or DA-69S System, a key feature of our advanced Press Brake line, allows for easy error correction if there is an error in bending angle or dimension during bending.
First, edit the program. Assume it is graphic programming. Name: ADH-001. Sheet thickness: 1.2mm. Sheet length: 2500mm. Click "Accept". The size of the first bend is 15mm.
Select die. This is the upper and lower die. Generate. Automatic. Press the run button. Start bending. Observe the bending angle after bending and check for errors. If there is an error, correction is needed.
The bending angle after bending is 91 degrees. In the Auto interface, correct by -1 degree. Bend again to get the correct angle. The first bend is 91 degrees, which is incorrect.
The second bend is the corrected angle. It is exactly 90 degrees. This is the dimension from the x-axis bend. The measurement is precise. There is only a difference of 0.01mm. For a complete overview of all system capabilities and machine specifications, you can download our detailed Brochures.
Assume the result is 15.11mm. This means the size is 0.11mm larger. In the same way, the bending size can be corrected in the system. Assume the rear gauge size is 0.1mm larger on the bent side.
Same as the previously obtained measurement result. Larger by 0.1mm. You can correct by - 0.1mm in the Auto interface. The size has been successfully calibrated. Then, bend again. This simple calibration process ensures high precision for all subsequent operations.
