This is the ESTUN-E21 CNC system. During actual use, it may happen that due to incorrect operation or bumps during transportation, the mechanical size of the X-axis does not match the system feedback value.
The value of the mechanical part can be measured, and then corrected. To calibrate the displayed value of the backgauge, when the X-axis of the backgauge displays 60mm, you can measure the actual size of the mechanical part. Then modify this feedback value.

Now, let's start measuring. Prepare a steel ruler. Place it against the back finger. Step on the foot switch. Observe the stamping position. The actual measured stamping size is 50mm.
For more detailed product specifications and operational guides, you can check our downloadable Brochures.
Now, the value needs to be corrected. The actual measured result is 50mm, but the current value displayed by the system's X-axis is 60mm. So it needs to be modified.
Press the P button. Press it again. Enter the password 1212. Confirm. Change the system X-axis feedback value to the actual measured value of the mechanical part. Since the mechanical position is 50mm, now the actual value and the feedback value are the same. Modification complete.
