When we first start installing the shearing machine. The shearing machine needs to be leveled. At this point, a spirit level is required.

Place it on the working surface of the worktable. Now the bubble is on the left side. This means the right side of the shearing machine needs to be raised.

The machine’s base feet need to be adjusted. Then insert a plate of suitable height. So that the shearing machine is level from left to right. If you're unsure about the specific model or installation requirements, you can refer to the official Brochures for detailed specifications.

Prepare a steel plate about 10mm thick. Place it under the screw of the shearing machine’s base foot. Turn the screw downwards. After it touches the steel plate, loosen the screw nut.

Then use a wrench to tighten it down further. Adjust while. Observing the position of the bubble in the spirit level. The bubble slowly moves toward the center. Keep it in the center position.

Once the spirit level is level. A gap will appear at the bottom of the shearing machine. Find a steel plate of the same thickness as the gap. Insert it under the shearing machine’s base. Loosen the screws.

After loosening the screws, let the inserted steel plate bear the weight. The left-right leveling is then complete. After the left-right leveling is done, place the spirit level vertically. Adjust the front-back level
