When the shearing machine is cutting sheet metal due to transportation bumps or improper operation, it may cause a discrepancy between the actual cutting size and the size displayed on the system.

Our shearing machine system allows you to manually correct the size, modifying the actual cutting value in the system. Next, we will use the ESTUN-E21S system for calibration.

For example, the current system displays the X-axis feedback value as 56mm. We cut a piece of sheet and measure it, and the actual cutting size is 53.88mm.

Now we need to change 56mm to 53.88mm. Press P twice, enter the password 1212 and confirm, then input 53.88mm and confirm. Press P twice to return. After calibration, the actual cutting value and the system feedback value will be the same.
