This is the E315PS controller used by the torsion-sync NC press brake. How to use the E315PS controller to edit a bending program?

First, turn on the oil pump. This is the manual mode interface. After pressing the start button, it will perform up-and-down actions according to the data entered in the interface. However, manual mode can only operate one step at a time.

If you need to edit a multi-step bending program, click Products. Add a multi-step program. First, name the program ADH-001. Confirm. This is the data programming screen. This is where you select the material. Iron, aluminum, zinc, stainless steel.

Other material 1, other material 2. If bending ordinary carbon steel plate, select steel. This is for sheet thickness. For example, the thickness of the sheet to be bent is 2mm. This is the press line dimension and the outer dimension.

We usually use the outer dimension. Click Accept. After accepting, you will get this interface. First, input the basic bending data. First bend: 130°. Backgauge dimension is 20mm. This is the retract function.

After pressing the sheet, the gauge finger moves back to avoid the bent sheet. By default, this does not need to be turned on. If the backgauge finger is pushing the material, you can turn on the retract function and input the distance.

The Y-axis position does not need to be changed. Because after entering the angle, the Y-axis position will be calculated automatically. Here, enter the bending length: 1000mm. This is the cycle count. This is the option for inner dimension or outer dimension.

This is the die. You can add and select different dies. The bending material has already been selected. Sheet thickness Count. Angle correction. Pressure holding time. You can set it to 3 seconds. This is the retract delay.

If you turn on the retract function, you can use it together with the retract delay. Right now there is only a single-step program. If there are 3 or 4 steps, click the plus sign. After clicking the plus sign, program step 2 will appear.

You can enter different bending angles and dimensions. Bending angle: 90°. Backgauge input: 50mm. Add the third bend. Bending angle: 120°. Bending dimension: 200mm.

After editing in this interface, you can select the first step. Press the run button. Step on the foot switch. This is now the first bend. After completion, it will automatically switch to the second bend.

Including cylinder stroke, angle, and backgauge position will synchronously adjust. Because it is servo-controlled. Step on the foot switch again. After completing the pressure holding action, it will automatically return and move to the third bend.

All these steps are automatically changed. Step on the foot switch again. The program for these three bends is now complete. The multi-step program has been edited.
