Hello everyone. Today we will introduce. How to adjust the laser spot for the DSP-AP 9-point laser protection. How to set the laser shielding points. This procedure is essential for the safe operation of your press brake.

First, adjust the light-emitting end. Lower the light-emitting unit down to the bottom of the upper die. Then adjust the light-receiving end. Ensure precise alignment between the light-emitting and light-receiving ends. Ensure the laser spot fully covers the target area.

First, adjust the position of the light-emitting end. Lower the light-emitting end to the bending zone of the lower die. This helps to prevent workers' fingers. From reaching into dangerous areas of the die.

Begin lowering the light-emitting end. Adjust the laser spot so it is clear of the upper die. Ensure the spot is positioned right next to the bottom of the upper die.

Once the handle is fixed. The laser spot will be projected onto the light-receiving end. Release the handle. Slowly lower the light-receiving end.

When the laser spot covers all nine points. You can tighten the handle. When all nine sensor areas are illuminated by the laser spot. The laser protection is successfully activated. For any setup difficulties, please contact us. Now let's demonstrate how to use the laser.

Close the right safety guard. Close the left safety guard. Set the shielding point in the electrical cabinet. Click the sheet metal detection button.

Once you see the light turn on. You need to place the sheet metal for detection. Place the sheet metal onto the die. Press the foot pedal once. The ram will move downward.

Detect the sheet metal position. Once the sheet metal is detected, the ram will stop. The button light goes off. And the shielding point of the sheet metal is obtained. Raise the ram.

Detection is complete. Once the shielding point for the sheet metal is confirmed. You can proceed with normal bending. The laser protection will function properly
