How to perform basic programming using the S875 press brake controller?
Use the upper screen for 3D programming. Double-click to launch the MBT 3D software. Create a 3D program. Click on New Profile. Name the new profile ADH. Click OK. Naming completed.
Select material. Choose No. 2 steel plate as the material. Enter sheet thickness: 1.2 mm. Based on material thickness. Automatically generate upper die R radius and lower die V-opening. Select bending by inner and outer dimensions.
The top option is inner dimension. The bottom option is outer dimension. Select inner dimension bending. No sheet thickness deduction included. Outer dimension bending is selected by default. After entering the X-axis. Sheet thickness is automatically deducted.
Enter bending length: 2500 mm. Basic data input completed. Start drawing the shape. Confirm the shape design. Click profile to modify specific positions. Enter 15 mm for the first cut. Enter 20 mm for the second cut.
Enter 120 mm for the third cut. Shape drawing completed. Start configuring the tooling. Load the overall appearance of the machine. And display the unfolded sheet dimensions. Select the upper die. Confirm the upper die.
Select the lower die. Confirm the lower die. Select the die holder. Confirm the die holder. Confirm tooling status. Click OK. Tooling and sheet display completed. Automatically search for bending sequence. Click Auto Search.
System verification successful. Click OK. Start bending demonstration. Click Start. First cut. Click Next. Second cut bending. Bending demonstration completed. Click Configure.
Tooling and die holder automatic bending demonstration. Click Import to System. Click NC to generate program. Program completed. Open ESA. Open Program Library. Double-click program ADH.
Run program. Click Auto. Click Run. Click Graphics. Observe tooling bending status. Start bending.
